It can only face one way and isn't able to allow for a car seat, or other accessories such as the bassinet stand and cup holder, rain cover or child snack tray. If you're looking for a little more then the MIXX Next is a better option since it can take all of these items.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers an additional under-seat baby carrier bag that can aid in addressing this issue.
Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more versatility. Its seating configuration versatility is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to place their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their requirements.
